The Governing Council of Orona has convened an extraordinary general assembly for next December 16, where “a proposal will be debated and voted on so that Orona, as a cooperative, reconsiders its relationship with the Mondragon Corporation” and recover its “full sovereignty”.
In a statement, the cooperative recalled that during the annual Mondragon Corporation conference it already presented “within the established deadlines, a alternative proposal in which he showed deep respect for the different cooperative experiences”.
