Andre Ventura decided to make a pilgrimage on foot from Lisbon to Fatima, accompanied by a dozen people. TO morning Postwith whom he agreed to talk during a walk this Monday, explained that he was already planning this trip.
“It was a journey that I have wanted to take for a long time. It is quite painful. I have never made the Lisbon-Fatima journey on foot. I came to thank everything we got and ask that the country change. we hope that the Mother of God will help us change the way in the country, regardless of the party. The Portuguese deserve a better country,” he said. CM.
With his body already sore from the journey, an experience shared by thousands of Portuguese who make the pilgrimage to Fatima every year, André Ventura was already performing the last leg before arriving.
“We left on Friday. The first day went well, the second with some suffering, the third with great suffering, and today [segunda-feira] Let’s see how it ends,” he says.
The group intended to arrive at the Sanctuary early in the morning. Leader Chega already had plans to return to Lisbon immediately to prepare for a parliamentary debate with the prime minister on Tuesday.
