Cristiano Ronaldo’s brother Hugo dos Santos Aveiro will be tried in Italy on suspicion of fraud, an Italian newspaper writes. Corriere dello Sport. Hugo Aveiro is suspected of selling fake shirts from Juventus, the club where Cristiano Ronaldo played from 2018 to 2021.

Around 13,000 black and white CR7 shirts with the player’s museum logo on the front are at stake. Hugo Aveiro will have an agreement with a company producing and selling jerseys that will be made without official rights, even if they are identical to the originals.

The prosecutor’s office started the process in 2019, but the Turin prosecutor closed the investigation, and the first hearing in the case of Ronaldo’s older brother will take place on July 20.
