“Please be advised that due to the strike called by the SFRCI, SINFA and SNTSF trade unions, from 00:00 to 23:59 on May 31, 2023, severe disturbances in railway traffic are expected, on all services, with a possible impact on the days before and after the strike period, May 30 and June 1,” reads the information sent to customers.

“If the minimum services are determined by the arbitration court, this information will be specified,” the operator adds.

CP says that customers who already have tickets on Alfa Pendular, Intercidades, Internacional, InterRegional and Regional trains can request a refund of the full ticket price or a free exchange for another train of the same category and class. .

Refunds or exchanges can be made at the box office or at the MCP, in the “Your tickets” section (for tickets purchased at the online box office or in the CPU application), no later than 15 minutes before the train leaves the station. origin of the customer.

After this period and within 10 days of the end of the strike, you can request a refund by filling out the online contact form “Refund for Delay or Deletion” with a scan of the original ticket.
