KP predicts “strong violations” of train traffic from May 30 to June 1

“If the minimum services are determined by the arbitration court, this information will be specified,” the operator adds.

CP says that customers who already have tickets on Alfa Pendular, Intercidades, Internacional, InterRegional and Regional trains can request a refund of the full ticket price or a free exchange for another train of the same category and class. .

Refunds or exchanges can be made at the box office or at the MCP, in the “Your tickets” section (for tickets purchased at the online box office or in the CPU application), no later than 15 minutes before the train leaves the station. origin of the customer.

After this period and within 10 days of the end of the strike, you can request a refund by filling out the online contact form “Refund for Delay or Deletion” with a scan of the original ticket.

Last week, the Sindicato Ferroviário da Revisão Comercial Itinerante (SFRCI) and SNTSF/FECTRANS announced a 24-hour strike on May 31st in the CP.
