“Public administrations recorded a budget balance of 962 million euros as of April in terms of public accounting with an improvement of 1,657 million euros, due to an increase in revenues (9.5%) more than expenditures (3.6%) . ),” the Fernando Medina-controlled ministry said in a statement released this Wednesday, pending a budget execution update from the General Directorate of Budget (DGO).
As a result, revenues are adjusted by the €3,018 million transfer of the Pension Fund from Caixa Geral de Depósitos (FPCGD) to Caixa Geral de Aposentação (CGA), according to the Ministry of Finance.
