According to ELA, the last meeting of the negotiating table took place on October 14, 2021, and since then There has been no willingness on the part of the employers to meet again. He criticizes that the agreement has not been renewed in two years and that working conditions are frozen.
Likewise, it explains that the Provincial Council of Bizkaia is aware of the situation and that, being the financier of the service, it must guarantee the conditions of the workers.
For this reason, ELA encouraged to mobilize “in defense of a change of model that advocates attention and good working conditions”.
