The wife of Jock Zonfrillo, a MasterChef Australia judge who passed away on April 30, shared an image of the couple’s daughter sleeping, clinging to a piece of her father’s clothes.
In the photo, Isla can be seen sleeping in a car seat with her face pressed against the chef’s sweater. “Little Isla started sleeping in her dad’s clothes. Hold him close,” wrote Lauren Freed in the caption to the publication.
In accordance with daily mail, there have been several support messages left by Internet users. “He’s close, but just different. Love and light to his beautiful kids,” wrote one of the subscribers. “The father of my children passed away almost 19 years ago. They still wear his clothes,” another woman commented.
Jock Zonfrillo, 46, was found dead in a hotel room in Carlton, Australia ahead of the premiere of the new season of MasterChef. Zonfrillo and Lauren were the parents of Alfie, 6, and Isla, 2. The chef was also the father of Ava and Sophia, now adults, from two previous marriages.
