Carris Metropolitana is opening a new service on Monday between Costa de Caparica and Pragal train station in the Setúbal area, the company said.
This new route will have 34 flights on weekdays, 27 on Saturdays and 26 on Sundays, according to Carris Metropolitana.
“Line 3025 Costa da Caparica – Pragal (station) via IC20 also makes stops at the Funchalinho junction and at Filipa d’Agua, which helps to increase the supply of Carris Metropolitana in the municipality of Almada,” he added.
The company also said that this new link facilitates vehicle-to-vehicle intermodal transport and will speed up the connection between Costa de Caparica and Pragal station “during the height of the bathing season”.
Carris Metropolitana is responsible for road operations in the 18 municipalities of the Lisbon metropolitan area.
