Ines Pinto, known as Nini, passed away this Sunday at the age of 18. The young woman battled acute myeloid leukemia and eventually became famous for speaking out about her journey with the disease and breaking the death taboo on social media.
Death was confirmed in Instagram from Nini.
Under the username @Amorrercomigo, the girl described herself as “an 18-year-old girl who beat leukemia in a different way”, accepting it and enjoying the beauty of every day. “The disease is overcome when we accept it,” you can read in the biography of Ines Pinto.
Nini was a big fan of FC Porto and football in general, highlighting this passion during her career in Internet.
The young woman had a community of over 19.4k followers on Instagram and 36.4k on TIK Tak.
