The Competition Court has joined in three executions for the enforcement of fines imposed on Ricardo Salgado, totaling eight million euros, from an application that it has determined for assets seized in criminal proceedings.
The motion to sum up the three ongoing executions in the judgment 1 of the Court of Competition, Regulation and Supervision (TCRS) in Santarem, made by lawyer Paulo Vieira, was approved on June 22 by Judge Marta Campos. , according to the process consulted by Lusa.
At stake are fines related to the sale of commercial paper of the Espírito Santo group to BES affiliates (€3.7 million), violations of the anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing law (€290,000) and BESA/Eurofin related to loan portfolios and BES Angola real estate and ruinous management acts (4 million euros), all of which became final and not subject to appeal.
