This Thursday, a man handcuffed himself at one of the gates of Buckingham Palace in London, prompting emergency police intervention.
According to Westminster Police, the alarm was raised around 5:20 p.m. Visitors were advised to leave the site when a man handcuffed his left hand to the entrance to the palace, which gives access to the Victoria Memorial, and threatened that he would hurt himself.
Several videos have already appeared on social networks, in which the police are trying to negotiate with a man.
