The Ministry of Education said this Friday that the registration portal is now operational after a computer problem that prevented guardians of 5th year students from registering.
In the information provided by Lusa, an official source in the Ministry of Education said that the portal has been operating since noon.
Later, the same source said that the enrollment had been extended until July 12.
The enrollment of 4th year graduates began on Thursday and had a deadline of July 10, Monday, but Lusa was informed by several guardians that the enrollment portal was blocking halfway through, preventing the process from completing.
Enrollment is required for students who are changing educational cycles or intending to change schools, and currently only enrollment is taking place for students moving into Year 5.
