Joao Pedro Cipriano, 36, served 13 years in prison in Leiria for violent robbery and has been on parole since 2019. He was again arrested in Coimbra. Complaints were filed by victims who needed hospitalization.
The repeat offender was detained by the PSP in Coimbra for further muggings with bladed weapons. In addition to cases of robbery and aggression, this person also has cases pending in court for drug trafficking. While in custody, he also kidnapped and attacked a prison guard. He was present at the judge in a preventive manner.
