What started as a robbery turned into a murder. An elderly man was killed with a stick in Borba on April 19, 2019.
The investigation found that the man was constantly inflicted with severe blows to the head and hands until he stopped showing vital signs. The judicial police even have suspects, a married couple who lived in the area where the murder was committed at the time. Both were interrogated, but in the end the man remained silent.
The woman confessed to her involvement in the crime, but the unreliability of her testimony led the judge to devalue this confession. In the absence of material evidence, the case was closed.
Thus, the death of this elderly man is innocent, as there is not enough evidence to accuse anyone, it can be read in archival order.
