Buying a house on the most expensive street in Portugal costs an average of 4,404,545 euros. This is Rua Garrett, in the Lisbon parish of Santa Maria Mayor.
The Lisbon area dominates the top 10 most expensive real estate streets. According to a study by Idealista, Cascais and Estoril are home to the four most expensive streets in the country.
Rounding out the podium with the most exclusive home purchase prices are Rua Melo e Sousa with an average price of €3,417,142 and Rua das Palmeiras in Quinta da Marinha (€3,187,636), both located in Cascais and Estoril.
The fourth most expensive address in the country is on Rua Vitor Cordon in the parish of Santa Maria Mayor in Lisbon (€3,163,454). Next in the table are the exclusive Condomínio Herdade da Aroeira, located in Charneca da Caparica (€3,019,000), and Avenida General Carmona in Estoril, where the average luxury home price is around €2,970,000.
In seventh place is Rua Birre, located in Cascais, where houses are sold at an average price of 2,904,117 euros. The list of ten most expensive streets in Portugal is completed by Avenida Almirante Gago Coutinho in Alvalada, Lisbon (€2,674,636), Rua de Buenos Aires in Estrela in Lisbon (€2,670,000) and Urbanizasan Pine Cliffs in Albufeira (also €2,670,000) , the only one not located in the district of Lisbon.
