Playing at home, Celta de Vigo saw Larsen not score after only three minutes, while Real Madrid missed a great opportunity to open the scoring: Rodrigo missed a penalty in the 68th minute.
In the 81st minute, Bellingham was back in the spotlight and scored the only goal of the match, the fourth goal of the English midfielder signed from Dortmund, in three league appearances for Real Madrid.
With this victory, the third in three games, Merengue lead with nine points, three more than Rayo Vallecano and Valencia, who have one game less, while Celta de Vigo continue without a win and has only one point.
In another game of the day, Las Palmas drew 0-0 with Real Sociedad, who still cannot count on the injured Portuguese striker Andre Silva.
