On the sidelines of a visit to a book fair in Porto, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa was asked about statements by the President of the Assembly of the Republic, Augusto Santos Silva, who on Thursday considered the leak of information about the meetings of the State Council an insult to this advisory body and advisers.
