Almost 50,000 students were enrolled in the national competition for access to higher education, which ended this Friday with the publication of the results of the third stage, in which 1,654 students took part.

The results of the third stage of the competition were made available this Friday on the website of the Directorate General of Higher Education (http://www.dges.gov.pt) and came as good news for the 1,654 enrolled students, 998 of whom are still unregistered.

Of the 4,757 candidates, almost half were not declared in the previous stages, while another 1,892 were declared and even registered. There were also 640 people who, despite previously receiving places, did not register, and 196 people who participated in the competition for the first time.
