The scheme involved the creation of companies – 400 per process – to attract workers. According to the resolution according to which CM Having access, the network charged from 375 to 5 thousand euros for the creation of companies and 500 euros per person for renting premises and regularization. Jose Flores was sentenced to 4 years and 9 months in prison, and Oscar Goncalves was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison. Both sentences were suspended. The remaining defendants received lighter sentences. This church is being investigated abroad.
