A fire broke out on the second floor of a building on Rua de Tras in central Porto on Saturday evening, injuring four people. The fire was caused by an electrical panel explosion and frightened residents. During the escape, a 38-year-old woman jumped from the first floor. Neighbors supported the fall, but the victim was injured. She was taken to Santo Antonio Hospital in Porto. Another woman and man were also hospitalized due to smoke inhalation. There is a fourth victim who refused to be transported to the hospital. Volunteer firefighters from Porto and INEM assisted the victims. Emergency services were called at 10 p.m. The fire was quickly localized. PSP took responsibility for the incident.
