An Israeli couple killed by Hamas members who entered their home managed to hide their 10-month-old twin children before their execution. The babies were found 14 hours later without injury.
Itay and Hadar Berdichevsky, 30, were attacked at their home in Kfar Gaza, about five kilometers from Gaza. The parents hid their children in a bomb shelter and fought terrorists before they died.
Israeli troops found the twins safe and sound 14 hours after the Hamas attack and handed them over to their grandmother.
The attack, which began on Saturday in Israel, has killed more than 900 people so far, 250 of them at a music festival. Israeli retaliation resulted in the deaths of 697 people in the Gaza Strip.
