After losing several appeals at the Coimbra Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, the mother and instructor began serving a sentence of five years and eight months in prison in recent days.
We are talking about sexual abuse of a minor by an instructor in 2016. The girl’s mother supported and gave consent to the man for her daughter’s “debut” and offered to pay for motels so that the rapist could have sexual relations with the minor.
