Gunfire killed two people and wounded six others at a funk music venue in the Cagado district of Fortaleza, Brazil, early Saturday morning, the newspaper reported. Folha Vitoria.
The moment was recorded by CCTV cameras at a gas station near the establishment where the Complexo Botecaria funk show was taking place. According to the publication, cameras recorded the moment when two men drove by on a motorcycle and the passenger fired in front of the concert hall, and there was also a shootout with the party security guards.
Among the dead was 37-year-old military police corporal Jason Feitosa Bezerra. The identity of the other victim has not been disclosed.
The wounded were taken to the João Elisio de Hollanda Municipal Hospital and to the Doutor José Frota Institute (IJF) in Fortaleza.
The Ceara Military Police sent a note of condolences following the death of Corporal Jason Feitosa Bezerra.
“Security forces are conducting searches to identify and detain suspected criminals,” the Secretariat of Public Security and Social Protection said.
