Porto, winners of the last two editions, qualified for the round of 16 of the Portuguese Cup this Friday, beating Montalegre of the Portuguese Championship at home with a score of 4:0.
In the fourth round against the fourth division team, the “dragons” scored against Englishman Danny Namaso (13 minutes), Brazilian Evanilson (18 and 44) and Spaniard Fran Navarro (62).
Having not reached the fourth round since the 2016/17 season, Porto, 19-time Cup winners, joins Visela, also from Liga I, in the group of teams that have qualified for the round of 16.
