Murtosa’s pregnant family received a message asking for a ransom of 500 euros at the time of her disappearance.

That day, Monica’s sister received a ransom demand on a mobile phone with a number from Brazil. Someone asked for 500 euros and said they knew where Monica was. They said he was in an abandoned barn and his life was in danger.

The family now admits that the message was sent by one of these people close to Manuel Valente (father of Fernando, the suspect arrested for the murder of a 7-month pregnant woman) and asks that PJ follow up on this trail.
