Trade unions and associations of the PSP and GNR are angry at the difference in treatment given to the judicial police by the government in awarding the new mission allowance (in some cases this could mean an increase of almost 700 euros per month) and are threatening protests against what they consider “discrimination”. The structures are announcing the holding of several protests, which may occur simultaneously and be of an unprecedented nature.
The Association of Professional Police Unions (ASPP/PSP) regrets the “difference in treatment and maintenance of ‘cheap’ policies for the PSP”, adding that it will take military action next week to demonstrate outrage.
The Association of Professional Security Guards (APG/GNR), for its part, recalls that it does not have the right, but also guarantees forms of protest, considering the lack of equal treatment “unacceptable.”
