Magina da Silva, Ruy Fonseca and Castro made at least four videos calling the former PSP director a “fraudster, a ‘complainer’ and a ‘weak man with no leadership qualities’.”
The former judge even challenged Magina Silva to a fight. “If I win, Mr. Magina will say, ‘I’m an idiot and the boss of the government,'” he said.
Ruy Fonseca e Castro was suspended from office by the Supreme Council of the Judiciary following intervention, and his dismissal was confirmed on October 7, 2021.
