A man whose wife cut off his penis said he forgave his wife for the crime she confessed to authorities in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and accepted the opportunity to wear a prosthetic, the Brazilian press reported.
Last Friday, an intruder cut off her husband’s penis with a razor during intercourse after discovering the man’s alleged infidelity with his 15-year-old niece.
Because his hands were tied, the victim could not defend himself. The attacker took a photo of the organ on her mobile phone, threw it into the toilet and flushed it. She then went to the police station and confessed to the crime and was eventually arrested for attempted murder.
On Thursday, an amputee husband believed that his wife was “experiencing possessive jealousy,” in an interview with the publication Tati TV from Campinas. “She is a person who will forever have a negative impact on my life,” he said.
Despite regretting what happened, the man was able to forgive the attacker. “Unfortunately, this happened. She caused this tragedy. She is paying for it. The truth is that God is the one who has to forgive, but from my side, she is forgiven,” she said.
The victim recalled the pain caused by his wife. “Everything happened very quickly. The lights were turned off. She caressed my penis and then cut it. I felt my groin heating up,” he detailed. The disabled husband ran out of the house and arrived at the emergency department in the Serejeira III area where the couple lived.
At the moment, the man is recovering at home and is considering the possibility of installing a prosthesis in place of the severed organ.
