A fire broke out this evening in the kitchen of an apartment located on the 2nd floor of a residential building in Braga. The alarm was raised at 20:45 and Braga’s sapadores were called to the scene, supported by the city’s volunteer firefighters.
The initial alert stated that several people would be unable to leave the building, but upon arrival on scene the situation was quickly resolved without the need to evacuate the building.
For what CM As it turned out, the resident of the apartment even tried to put out the flame, which investigators later extinguished on the spot.
After the fire, two minor victims were taken to the hospital due to smoke inhalation. Another person received a minor burn and refused hospitalization.
The apartment was ventilated on site.
In total, 24 militants were mobilized to the mobilization site with the support of 9 vehicles.
