According to a press release, the Viseu District Public Security Police (PSP) arrested a 46-year-old citizen for committing a crime of domestic violence.
The arrest took place in Viseu at 1:50 a.m. on Saturday when, while “on patrol, witnesses alerted police to a violent situation between the couple.”
