ACT checks fake green slips at 70 major companies

Dozens of ACT inspectors are checking into the situation of workers whose employment relationships have been deemed unregulated this Friday in around 70 companies.

The action comes after ACT notified 9,699 companies earlier this month that it would need to regulate the employment of 17,701 independent workers deemed to be economically dependent – that is, service providers who concentrate 80% or more of their income in one entity, called false green receipts.

The operation is being carried out at the national level, with several dozen inspectors on the ground, and in Lisbon, as indicated in statements to journalists, the Deputy Inspector General of Labor, Cristina Rodriguez, is with a large group of labor representatives. health sector.
