Ines Souza Real wants to guarantee risk subsidies for firefighters

A spokesman for People-Animals-Nature (PAN) said this Thursday that it is necessary to ensure that firefighters have a risk premium and that they are recognized as a profession with rapid wear and tear in order to be eligible for early retirement.

“We need to ensure that firefighters are given the rights to risk and recognition of a profession with rapid wear and tear, we also need to guarantee their right to early retirement,” defended Ines Souza Real.

Speaking to journalists after a meeting with the leadership of the Viseu Volunteer Firefighters, the representative also recalled that PAN “has animal rescue measures associated with firefighters, and with it financial support so that they can carry out animal rescues.” and relief.”

On health care, Ines Souza Real said that “there is a need to invest in increasing the value of family doctors and ensure that primary health care plays a more important role, rather than leaving this pressure only on hospitals.”
