The XIV Government of the Azores (PSD/CDS/PPM), led by social democrat José Manuel Bolheiro, retains centrist Arthur Lima as vice-president and includes PPM/Azores leader Paulo Estevan as regional secretary for parliamentary affairs. and communities, and has nine secretariats.
The XIII government had eight secretariats and one undersecretariat.
This Friday in Angra do Heroísmo, on the island of Terceira, José Manuel Bolheiro introduced the new regional executive, created as a result of the elections of February 4, to the representative of the Republic in the region, Pedro Catarino.
