The fire, which affected four houses under construction in a tourist complex in Muda, in the municipality of Grandola, Setubal, has been under control since 7:08 a.m., a source in the Alentejo subregional command told Lusa.
The structures under construction are located in a tourist complex in Muda, in a pine forest, between Grandola and Carvalhal, in the Setubal region.
Earlier, the same civil defense source said that three houses were destroyed, another was damaged, but no casualties were reported.
The fire alarm was sounded at 4:14 am.
At 7:28 a.m., 12 first responders remained on the scene, including the Grandola Fire Department and the National Republican Guard (NR), supported by six vehicles.
