The Bank of Portugal (BdP) warned this Monday that the profiles/pages on the social network Facebook of Márcio Márcio Dasilva, Márcio Márcio, Alexandre Pedro and Remy Soregui are not authorized to provide, mediate and provide credit advice in Portugal.
In a statement published on the website, the BDP warns that “loan services are advertised on Facebook profiles/pages,” referring to “Marcio Marcio Dasilva,” “Marcio Marcio,” “Alexandre Pedro,” and “Remy Soregui.” do not belong to any person authorized to carry out in Portugal activities related to the provision of loans or any other financial activities intended for institutions under the supervision of the Banco de Portugal.
The BDP emphasizes that the activities of providing loans, as well as the activities of credit intermediation and the provision of advisory services in relation to credit contracts are assigned to persons entitled to carry them out, according to two decrees-laws.
The BdP also states that “lists of entities authorized to provide loans, act as credit intermediaries and provide advisory services in relation to credit contracts can be consulted on the Banco de Portugal website.”
