300 thousand votes of emigrants will determine the missing deputies

Nearly 300,000 Portuguese voters abroad cast their written ballots in the March 10 legislative elections, according to data published by the electoral commission. The counting of expatriate votes will begin this Monday and will determine the final four MPs (two from the European circle and the same from the non-European circle) out of the 230 MPs who make up the parliament.
