The perpetrator of the murder of Brazilian adviser Mariel Franco, Ronnie Lessa, provided information about the identity of the mastermind and the circumstances of the crime as part of a plea agreement approved by the Federal Supreme Court of Brazil.
“We know that this cooperation, which is a means of obtaining evidence, provides extremely important elements that lead us to believe that we will soon find a solution to the murder of a councilor.
