The body of an agricultural farm owner in Ponte da Barca who had been missing since the fire broke out on Friday has been found, a PNP source in Viana do Castelo said.
A source from the territorial command of the PNP Viana do Castelo told Lusa that the body was found this Saturday, around 10:00, in the vicinity of the agricultural holding, where on Friday there was a fire that killed at least 10 heads of livestock and destroyed various equipment .
Following the fire, the 32-year-old man was reported missing and an intensified search was launched using drones.
The fire, which broke out at 15:24 in a warehouse of agricultural implements and dairy products in Vila Cha, in the municipality of Ponte da Barca, Viana do Castelo district, entered the liquidation stage at 21:00, a source from the Sub-Regional said Civil Emergency and Protection Command of Alto Minho.
