A fundraising campaign was launched on Sunday to finance the funeral of Emile, a two-and-a-half-year-old child who disappeared on July 8, 2023, and whose remains were found on Saturday near Haute-Vernet in France, Advance reported. FranceTV.
According to the French TV channel, the person behind the initiative explains that the donations are intended to help “have a good funeral for the child and hold masses for the whole family.”
The Facebook group “Prions for Emil” also calls on people to “believe” in the fundraiser.
“Since Emil’s parents are members of this group, I ask you to believe that if this were a scam (as some may think), this fundraising campaign would not have been published on this page,” he says.
