Liverpool’s move to sign Ruben Amorim continues. The Anfield Road club sees the Sporting coach as the ideal successor to German Jurgen Klopp, who has announced his intention to leave at the end of the season. Two senior Liverpool officials are directly involved in the recruitment of Ruben Amorim: chief executive Michael Edwards and sporting director Richard Hughes.
