More than 110 drugs, including vaccines against pneumonia, chickenpox and hepatitis A and B, are banned from export, according to an information circular from the National Drug Administration that comes into force on Tuesday.
According to the National Medicines and Health Products Authority (Infarmed), the export of 113 medicines is prohibited, which is 15 more than in March, including medicines that are not available in March, as well as medicines that will be supplied under the exceptional regime . Use authorization (AUE).
The list includes drugs of various categories and active ingredients, such as pancreatin, used in the treatment of chronic pancreatitis, semaglutide for the treatment of diabetes, propranolol (hypotensive) and vaccine against human papillomavirus (HPV).
