Christian Brückner lived in a house in Foral, in the Algarve, after Maddy McCann disappeared. This new clue appeared after the parents of one of the German’s ex-girlfriends contacted the police.
The woman’s family has contacted authorities several times because they believe Madeleine McCann’s remains may be in the house. At that time, the couple lived in a rented house.
Bruckner had a garden at the back of his house, which was in an isolated location and just 45 minutes from where Maddie disappeared in 2007.
Brueckner’s ex-girlfriend is one of the witnesses in Maddie’s case. Now parents are again pointing to the Algarve property as a suspicious location.
Last year, German police acknowledged that it could be a tourist attraction. The prosecutor in charge of the case guarantees that he has passed on the information to the Portuguese police.
