A 41-year-old man was arrested by the Judicial Police (PJ) for attempted murder with a firearm in August 2023 near a commercial establishment in the Odivelas area.
According to authorities, the 33-year-old victim “was located at the entrance of a retail establishment and was approached by several individuals in an aggressive manner, which resulted in a physical confrontation between them. After that, the attacker left and returned.” to the scene within minutes, armed with a firearm, which he pointed and shot at the victim, causing him serious injuries requiring hospitalization.”
The detainee was present at the first interrogation of the court defendant; a preventive measure in the form of detention was applied to him.
