North American rapper accused of “fatphobia” and creating “unbearable” working conditions

The cameraman accused American rapper Megan Thee Stallion of “fatphobia.” Emilio Garcia also says the singer had sex next to him in the car.

The American’s lawyers consider the charges an “attempt to embarrass” their client. “This is an employee’s complaint about money without allegations of sexual harassment or obscene innuendo,” they said, as quoted by the publication. BBC.

Garcia, who claims he worked as a cameraman for the artist between 2018 and 2023, says he was locked in a car while Megan had sex “right next to him.” The events allegedly occurred during a trip to Ibiza during which he was left “embarrassed, upset and offended”.

On the same trip, according to a document signed by the alleged victim’s lawyers, Garcia was insulted because of his weight. Megan told him he didn’t need to eat so much and spit out his food.

The employee, who is seeking financial compensation, says he was fired “in retaliation for the allegations.”
