A woman and two minor daughters in pajamas are rescued from a PPR attacker in Ericeira

The woman and her two minor daughters were rescued by Ericeira’s PNP forces in the municipality of Mafra on Thursday evening. The attacker, a 34-year-old man who is the husband and father of the victims, was arrested for assault and threatening family members.

The call from the woman occurred around 20:00. The woman reported that her husband had seriously threatened her and her daughters. The man was very upset and had already attacked the victims.

When the GNR patrol arrived, the wife and daughters were outside, all in pajamas. They were immediately placed in a police car and driven to safety. The attacker was detained. He had injuries that required hospitalization. He will appear in court this Friday.
