The Fafe Chamber was making final adjustments to very modern electronic billboards located on various streets in the city that were to be unveiled during the April 25 celebrations. However, as night fell on Wednesday, instead of displaying municipal information such as cultural programmes, transport schedules or tourist attractions in the municipality, the screens showed a pornographic video for several minutes.
Passers-by who encountered the unusual phenomenon were at least surprised, since the municipality did not have the right to broadcast adult films on the street. Cultural Councilor Paula Nogueira has already stated that it was a computer attack, ensuring that a complaint against the unknown people has already been filed with the authorities.
