Ten people were injured in a fire that broke out on the second floor of a building on Rua Febo Moniz in Laranjeiro, Almada. The alarm was raised at around 19:00 this Saturday and 34 operatives were mobilized to the scene, supported by 13 vehicles from the Casillas, Trafaria and Almada fire brigades.
Five victims were taken to hospital with minor injuries, while the rest were treated at the scene. Four suffered from smoke inhalation and one from trauma.
