The driver involved in the accident that killed singer Claudizabelle has been charged by a deputy with negligent homicide.

The driver involved in the accident that claimed the life of singer Claudizabelle was formally charged with negligent homicide by prosecutors in December 2022.

The prison guard will also be charged with driving while intoxicated, for driving with a blood alcohol level of 1.95.

ABOUT CM tried to get a reaction from Claudizabelle’s mother, who always complained about the delay in justice, but Raquel Madeira refused to comment.

According to the prosecutor’s office, the defendant drove the car inattentively and did not maintain a safe distance, as a result of which he collided with the singer’s car.

The artist was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident and was driving along the highway at a speed of 59 km/h.
