The judge in charge of the domestic violence case against José Castelo Branco ordered compulsory measures this Wednesday against the “socialite”.
Although Castelo Branco remains at large, he is prohibited from contacting the victim, Betty Grafstein.
The jeweler’s husband will not be able to visit his wife in the hospital or go near the victim’s home after she is discharged.
Jose Castelo Branco will have an electronic bracelet with a geo-tagging system that will monitor the distance between the “socialite” and the victim. This approach cannot be less than 1 kilometer.
Let’s remember that Betty Grafstein’s 95-year-old husband was arrested at 10 a.m. Tuesday on suspicion of committing a crime of domestic violence.
