“The sexual assaults allegedly occurred on two victims, aged 17 and 29, in an environment controlled by the detainee, who was in a relationship with the mother of one of them, on occasions when they were alone,” the SP said in a statement. .
Also, according to the joint venture, the suspect took advantage of the fact that the two victims “had some limitations in cognitive development, and thus he sought to achieve silence about the actions committed.”
“A set of measures carried out by the southern department of the joint venture made it possible to collect relevant evidence, which resulted in the arrest of the suspect,” the joint venture adds.
After attending the first judicial interrogation, the suspect was placed in preventive detention, the note said.
